For biographical reasons and because of my influences, my central focus is portraits, and I’m interested in contextualizing their function today: what has happened to individuality, with the faces and what lies behind them?  I do so with a questioning, experimental choreography that constructs and deconstructs through the technology of representation.

In my work I explore two basic themes: hyper-connectivity and its effects on today’s society, and the mythical idea that the photographer can steal our souls. I do this through pictorialism and storytelling.
